Born in Southern California, Guy started his apartment brokerage career in the San Fernando Valley in 1978. "I'm lucky because I knew in my senior year of college that I wanted to be an apartment broker," recalls Guy. Within two months he had his first apartment brokerage transaction and quickly became one of the top brokers in a six office firm employing over 100 agents, all specializing in apartment brokerage.
In the early 1980's Guy was promoted to regional manager at the Orange County office of one of the largest apartment brokerage firms at the time.
From that experience he learned two things: his passion for brokerage, and the importance of being there for his clients.
A few years later Guy started his own firm and Torelli Investment Realty was born.
